1. Who we are
Nursing Elite Academy (formerly NCLEX Elite Academy; "we", "us") is based in Ontario, Canada. You can reach us at info@nursingea.com.
2. Our services
What a payment includes (for example, how many months of full portal access) is stated on your payment link and at checkout. For career services, the scope and timeline are confirmed with you in writing before work begins.
- Exam preparation for the NCLEX-RN, REx-PN and NACC PSW exams, including classes, coaching and study material.
- The student portal: notes, short notes, recorded classes, practice tests, flashcards, a study plan and progress tracking.
- Nursing career services: resume writing, interview preparation and career guidance.
3. Student portal accounts
- An account is for one person. Keep your password private. Your account can be signed in on one device at a time.
- Give us accurate information when you sign up and keep your contact details up to date.
- Free accounts can open free material for the free period shown when you sign up. Full access lasts for the paid period you bought, starting when your payment is confirmed.
- When your access is about to end, we email you. Student accounts and their data are kept for two years after access ends and are then closed, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Using the material
Study material is for your own personal study only. You may not share your account, or copy, record, screenshot, print, download, resell or publish any of the material. Material is watermarked with your account details, and attempts to capture it are logged.
We may pause or close an account that breaks these rules or is used in a way that puts the service or other students at risk. If that happens, any payment for that account is not refunded.
5. Payments
Prices are not published. To pay online, we send you a private payment link. The amount is shown on the secure checkout page before you pay. All prices are in Canadian dollars. If you pay with a card or account in another currency, the checkout page may show the amount in your currency, or your bank converts it; any conversion fees set by your bank are yours. Card details are handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor; we never see or store them.
A receipt is emailed to you for each card payment. That receipt is your record of payment. Payments made another way (for example, Interac e-Transfer) are confirmed with you by email or message.
Before paying through a payment link, you confirm that you agree to these terms. We keep a record of that agreement: the date and time, the version of these terms, your network (IP) address, approximate location and browser. We use this record only to manage your payment and to respond to questions or disputes about it.
6. Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes payments for portal access, exam preparation, classes, coaching and career services, and applies whether or not you use the service, use all of your access time, or pass your exam.
Paid time can't be paused, transferred to another person, or exchanged for cash or credit.
If you think a payment was taken in error (for example, you were charged twice), email us within 30 days and we'll look into it and correct any mistake.
If you dispute a payment with your bank or card company, we may share the record of your agreement to these terms, and we may pause your account while the dispute is open.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived, including the Ontario Consumer Protection Act. Where such a law gives you a right to cancel or to a refund, that right applies.
7. Exam results
We work hard to prepare you well, but we can't guarantee that you will pass any exam or obtain registration, a licence or a job. Exam rules, fees and requirements are set by the exam bodies and regulators; always confirm them with the official source.
8. Your responsibilities for career services
- Give us accurate and complete information about your education, registration and experience.
- Review your final resume and other materials before using them, and make sure everything in them is true.
- Confirm registration, licensing, course and job requirements with the relevant regulator, employer or institution.

Articles and other content on this website are general information only. They are not legal, immigration, medical or regulatory advice, and requirements can change. Always check current information with the official source.
We own or have permission to use the content on this website and in the student portal. Your final resume belongs to you to use for your own job search.

NCLEX®, NCLEX-RN® and REx-PN® are registered trademarks of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. (NCSBN). NACC is the National Association of Career Colleges. Nursing Elite Academy is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these organizations.
11. Third-party services and links
We use and link to services run by others, such as our payment processor, our video platform, Google (sign-in), WhatsApp and LinkedIn. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nursing Elite Academy's total liability for any claim related to this website, the student portal or a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, excluding indirect or consequential losses.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
14. Copyright concerns
If you believe something on our website or in the student portal uses your copyrighted work without permission, email info@nursingea.com with: your name and contact details, the work you own, where it appears on our site (the page address), and a statement that the information is accurate and that you own the work or act for the owner.
We review every notice promptly and remove or replace material that infringes. Where the material was provided by someone else, we forward the notice to them as Canada's Copyright Act notice-and-notice rules allow.
15. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the date and version at the top show when they last changed. A payment is governed by the version you agreed to when you made it.
