Student Portal: Frequently Asked Questions

It's our private online study space at nursingea.com/portal. Enrolled students sign in to read study notes and short notes, watch recorded classes, take NCLEX-style practice tests, review flashcards, follow a study plan, track their progress and message their teacher.

Use the Get in touch form (nursingea.com/apply) and we'll contact you about enrolment and set up your account. When open registration is available, the sign-in page also shows a “Create a free account” option. You'll confirm your email address with a link we send you, and you'll need to add your phone number.

New accounts can use the free study material for 7 days. Paid material (marked with a lock) opens once the academy adds paid time to your account.

Fees aren't listed online. Please contact the academy and we'll explain the options for your course. Payment is arranged directly with the academy, and your access is updated as soon as it's received.

Where it's switched on, you can use “Continue with Google” on the sign-in page. Otherwise sign in with your email and password.

Study notes and one-page short notes, recorded classes, NCLEX-style practice tests (including select-all-that-apply questions), flashcards, a personal study plan up to your exam date, and progress and readiness charts based on your results.

You see the material for the course or courses you're enrolled in, and paid material needs paid time on your account. If something seems to be missing, message the academy from inside the portal.

Each test can be taken in Practice mode (no timer; check every answer and read the rationale as you go) or Exam mode (like the real NCLEX: timed if the test has a time limit, with feedback only after you submit). Every attempt is saved so you can review it later.

My progress shows all your test results added up: your overall average, a running-average line, scores by chapter, and your first, latest and best score on every test. My readiness estimates how ready you are for the NCLEX from your recent exam-mode scores.

Yes. Each note and recording can be opened a set number of times, and recorded classes may only be available for a limited period. The portal shows how many opens or views you have left.

Yes. The portal works in the web browser on phones, tablets and computers. There's nothing to install.

Your access end date is shown on your dashboard, at the top of every page and on your Account page. We email you a reminder 7 days before it ends. To continue, contact the academy before that date.

You'll no longer be able to open study material until access is renewed. Paid accounts are closed one month after their paid time ends, and other accounts are closed after 3 months without signing in. We always email a warning first.

No. To protect your account, only one device can be signed in at a time. Signing in on a new device signs you out of the previous one.

On the sign-in page, choose “Forgot password?” and enter your email. We'll send you a link to choose a new password.

Open Account in the portal menu. You can change your phone number and your password there.

No. Study material is for your personal use only. Downloading, screenshots, screen recording, copying and printing are not allowed. Pages are watermarked with your email, and attempts are logged. Sharing your account isn't allowed.

Your account details, your study activity and test results, and your messages. For security, we also keep a record of sign-ins (approximate location and device) for 5 months. Your results are visible only to you, your teacher and the academy. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Use Messages in the portal menu, or the chat bubble at the bottom right of any page. If a message stays unread for 12 hours, the person receives an email reminder.

Yes. Open Help in the portal menu for a searchable guide, and look for the small Help links on each page.
