About Jasraj

With 21+ years in healthcare internationally (since 2005), including the last 12 years of clinical, leadership, and educational experience in Canadian healthcare (since 2014), Jasraj Kaur understands both the demands of healthcare and the challenges professionals face when beginning or advancing their careers.

Currently serving as a Clinical Practice Leader, Jasraj brings extensive knowledge of nursing practice, employer expectations, professional development, and healthcare education. Through Nursing Elite Academy, she is committed to helping RNs, RPNs, and PSWs build confidence, prepare for employment, and make informed decisions about their future.
